Not everyone is as closed minded as you. It sure managed to accomplish ruffling all the feathers of the roosters (and some hens too) around here.
Will someone please answer my question ... why does it offend you? What law did they break? If like-minded women want to get together and waste their time, what's it to you?
For the women saying they are satisfied with their place in society, good for you! But a lot of women aren't satisfied being paid 80 cents on the dollar to men for the exact same job. Why does it bother you that they want to stand up for women's rights? Your granddaughters may be thanking them one day when they get equal pay for equal work.

You're either naive or stupid if you think that March got anyone actually talking seriously about issues. It was nothing but a waste of money and time, protesting a president that hasn't even done anything yet. It just made women look like whiners and hens with nothing important to do.

 Here's the deal.....mommotwo is grown and doesn't care what you think. That's pretty cool. You should try it sometime and you wouldn't have to march in the streets because someone said something you didn't like.

Perhaps I should rephrase, I just don't understand what they hoped to
Accomplish. Yes people have the right to a peaceful protest just as we have the right to free speech as many are doing here. I agree with the comments mommotwo made, as a woman I create what I want in my life and no one holds me back.

Whether you get it or not, it's their right to do it. And I for one am thankful to live in a country that gives us these rights. I'm not offended when people exercise their rights, good for them!
