The Alleghany County Ministerium is offering Lenten Worship services during the Season of Lent. Each service will begin at Noon, followed by a light lunch with any contributions going to the work and ministries of the Ministerium. On Wednesday, February 25, Reverend Bob Miller, pastor of Sparta United Methodist Church will lead the service. Sparta United Methodist Church will host all of the services on February 25, March 4, March 11, March 18, March 25 and April 1.
