Celebrate Halloween at Trunk or Treat in Crouse Park. Decorate your vehicle for young ones to get treats from your trunk, under your hatch or pickup bed. Costume contest at 6 p.m. Prizes for best costume and best vehicle decoration. Games: Corn hole toss, skat games and others. Concessions available. Open to any and all.
