Question for Bluesky. Are there any OTHER legal things that are sinful and distasteful to God? Do you indulge in any of them? If not, why aren't you protesting the legality of these sinful things because you will be held just as accountable for them as same-sex marriage? Looking forward to seeing your posts on the other sinful things people will be held accountable for since they are allowing them to go on.

and bluesky, one more thing.. A sin is in your vocabulary, not everyone's. I don't believe in sins, I believe in right and wrong. I believe in good and bad. I don't subscribe to your bible and your bible doesn't govern me or dictate that laws that I must abide in as an American citizen. So, don't be gay because it's against your bible and it's a sin. I'll be whom God and nature made me, free from guilt or confusion, and happily married to my same gender husband in the state that I reside and love.

AND, so much of this makes me happy. The thing that makes me most happy, other than the fact that my rights are considered equal now, is that so many people spent so much money fighting my right to marry my spouse, and that money was wasted. It's money that they will never see again that could have been spent on school supplies or vacations. You gambled with your money and you lost.

The ban has been lifted, and the first gay couple was legally married tonight in NC. Two deputies. Two public servants. And some of you just can't stand it. Pity that it means so much to you.

I want to thank everyone who supported our rights. I want to tell the people who fought this with dignity and respect, you put up a good fight. I won't ever understand why it was so important for you to fight, but I applaud your efforts. You fought a good fight and you stood behind your beliefs and convictions, but you lost. Hold your head up high for sticking to what you believe in for the right reasons, if in fact they were the right reasons or even good reasons... and I offer a request. Now that you don't have to put out so much money and angst to fight us, maybe get to know us. Maybe soon both sides will see things a little differently and act from our hearts and not from our hate and misunderstanding.

I think this makes our creator sick, I think the judgement day is going to be harsh! Against what is natural and not mans law, but GOD'S, and his desire of our service to and for him for the few years we live on this temporal earth.
