Here's the translation:
We just shot down An-26 (note:ukrainian transport plane used by military) near the city of Torez, the debris is lying somewhere close to the coal-mine "Progress. " We have warned before not to fly in "our sky." And here is the video confirmation. The plane fell behind a spoil tip, the residential sector is not caught. Civilians are not injured.

It's downed definitely in Ukraine. The Separatist Igor 'Strelkov' Girkin posted about this online thinking his terrorist group shot down a Ukrainian military transport plane (An-26) then they deleted the posting. Looks like Russian trained and equipped Separatists shot it down.

The March 8th disappearance of the other Malaysia plane was horrible and now another one.  So many lives lost in both.

They were suggesting it went down just after crossing the Russian border.

If it truly was shot down by Russian Separatists with Russian equipment then it's going to be hard to imagine what the response from the World will be.
If it was shot down by Russia then I know exactly the response would be.
