I agree with you Nuhere and honestly, I had no desire to march whatsoever until I read all the chauvinistic insults toward women on this thread. Now I suddenly feel like women are seen as second class citizens.
I'm thankful the moderators removed the more nasty ones and I hope not too many women saw just exactly what their male neighbors think of them.

The march in D.C. Was an anti Trump march, one of the organizers (who did not want their name mentioned) stated this. Trump has been in office just a little over 48 hours and only two members of his cabinet have been confirmed so what has he done that is so offensive?
During his campaign I do not recall him ever stating that he plans to do away with women's rights, rights for the disabled, LGBT rights, funding for domestic violence etc. So why are people stating he is doing so?
Yes, I heard the audio of his statements made about 10 years ago regarding grabbing women and as a woman did find it offensive but haven't we all said things in the past we might be embarrassed about today? What really is offensive are all these women marching with their pu**y hats, using the term that they found offensive when Trump said it.
Why weren't women marching against the Clintons when Bill was abusing women while he was AG, Gov and president? Hillary was covering for him as well as enabling him and also intimidating women who spoke up. Where was the concern for women's rights then?

I know someone who marched and when I asked her why she sent me this article that states Trump plans to cut funding of anti domestic violence programs.
And a lot of women are still upset over the comments he made about sexually harassing women.
I chose not to march because I am waiting to see what he actually does before protesting.

I understand women having a March for unity but some of the marchers in DC were carrying anti Trump signs. What does this have to do with Trump, he just started his new job Friday and hasn't reduced any women rights and doesn't plan to. In fact he has a history of hiring a lot of executive woman. Certainly has done more for equal pay for woman in his private businesses than Obama ever did.

All you men saying things that are meant to degrade women right now safely behind the glow of your computer screens were laughably silent during the protest. The way you are acting is how an animal or small child acts when intimidated. Sorry strong women who spread a message of love intimidate you. Im sure your moms are proud. At least your outdated notions will die with you.

Fins, this told me everything I need to know about you and your character. Now I really don't feel the need to defend any of my decisions, articles, etc. I would think you have women you care about in your life. This comment is so dismissive and disrespectful of all women.
