Before you make a statement that might imply that the CCP and the purchase permit process in NC is so lax that anyone who wants either can get one, I would suggest calling your local Sheriff's Office and speak with the person who does the permits and see how many folks are turned down in an average week.

No momma they told me about it, said it was easy. Probably not that easy for everyone. Do you know anyone who was turned down? Do you know anyone who thought the whole process was so difficult that they couldn't pass ?

The 4th amendment is unlawful search and seizure. I'm not sure how you are comparing that to gun ownership. The right to bare arms never said guns. How about working cannons? Or maybe missiles.
