In fact...whose house has a urinal?

Sparklin

Posted 10:48 am, 04/14/2016

After dark when the wind isn't blowing I sometimes pee off my back deck.

Because I can.

Posted 10:47 am, 04/14/2016

Come on, Sparklin...do you only use a urinal?

Because if so, I am starting to feel awfully sorry for the Sparklin Family.

Sparklin

Posted 10:46 am, 04/14/2016

Heck no, shoulda. When I'm outside, I water trees.

Velcro Shoes, you are still stuck in the bathroom. This bill is much, much larger than the bathroom. You have been told this numerous times. Please...come out of the bathroom. Flush and wash first.

Now...this bill isn't just about a bathroom. You know what it isn't just about? Bathrooms.

When will this sink in?

I'm going to hate myself for going down this road...Sparklin, are you saying you only use a urinal?

No. Sorry. This is too important an issue for you to try and diffuse with semantics. This is a law that discriminates against...well, just about everybody. But the focus has been on the LGBT community.

The lines are drawn crystal clear. Do you support discriminatory practices or not. Period. There is no in-between.

Our state is better than that. This law put a greater hurt on our state than anything Bruce Springsteen, Ringo Starr or PayPal could inflict.

This isn't a tax increase on the poor and destitute...which McCrory inacted. This law cuts against the very fabric of what an American truly is. We. Do. Not. Discriminate. In. This. Country.

Urinals were designed for those with a hose.

Pots for those who do not.

What is so hard to understand?

Shoulda, just because you feel like a girl doesn't make you a girl.....just because you feel discriminated against doesn't make it so...just because the law changes to pacify the radicals doesn't make it right. I understand that things are going to change and not for the better either. That's Biblical. You can insult anyone who doesn't agree with you all you want, but the MAJORITY of people in NC understand that gender isn't a decision. Now, of course, there is a general dumbing down of society that is going on and in a matter of years it's not going to be politically correct to say that. Does that mean that everyone has just come to understand that gender is a choice? No. That means that society has been forced to accept it. Forced. It doesn't change anything.

This is an example of another point I've mentioned and it includes the discrimination issue.

It's not your side or my side. It's OUR side. Not my governor, it's OUR governor. Not your president but OUR president.

When people were hurt by the Springsteen concert is was people in OUR state. If transgenders are discriminated against, it's OUR problem.

We are Americans, North Carolinians and all this side taking is getting us nowhere. And, if that's a win for your "side" then maybe you need to reevaluate your allegiances.

Quit trying to suck up. I agree your side loses, that's it.

Will you be sure to check back in when HB2 is completely dismantled?

I agree. Discrimination never wins, and if you had any focus, you would realize we agree on some points.

However, when you make fun of people with disabilities, you would easily discriminate against them, as well.

More blubbering. And more lying. Typical.

How many times do you have to blubber like this a day, glittering bigot?

Twice? Seven? Double digits?

How many arguments do you lose?

~glitter and glamour~

Posted 10:15 am, 04/14/2016

I've never felt insulted but when you think using a term to term to insult someone referring to people with disabilities, who can't help it, is cute, funny entertaining to others, it needs to stop. It's sickening and hurtful.

Not cool.

shouldawouldacoulda

Posted 10:15 am, 04/14/2016

Of course I've won. Gov. McBigot has already started to backtrack. He will continue to.

But you know why I've really won?

Because discrimination never wins. Never. I'm sure you thought you won the battle over marriage equality, too, a couple of years ago, and you didn't.

Why? Repeat after me: Discrmination. Never. Wins.

And that's why the other one is reduced to blubbering.

Shoulda, just because you say you "won" an argument doesn't make it so, lol. You get that, right? Regardless of who you declare a "winner" the majority still feels that our gender is decided at birth not chosen at some point later in time.

Glitter, I think that this is fairly typical for shoulda- can't communicate without insults. No real discussion or attempt at understanding. Only insults. It's still o.k. because when we stop and consider the source, then there's no reason to feel insulted.

shouldawouldacoulda

Posted 10:06 am, 04/14/2016

This is cute. You lose an argument, so you turn a complete 180 and try to fan a fire that doesn't exist.

That's either stupid or...no, let's go with stupid.

I'm disappointed you think a disability is something to mock. It's not.m

Posted 10:03 am, 04/14/2016

If your "side" includes making fun of those with disabilities, I want no part of it.

If someone is rallying for equality for transgenders but makes fun of people with disabilities, does that individual qualify as hypocritical?
