If they do not prosecute Joe Biden for his crimes because of his age and mental condition then every incarcerated old nut should be let out of prison. If he is too mentally disturbed to prosecute then you must remove him from office for being too mentally disturbed to be president. Can't have both.

You should pay attention antihesis to all that he did in the report. Biden DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to remove any the classified info that he kept.
The prosecutors said otherwise...
Hur wrote that... the documents may have been taken to Biden's home while he was vice president, when he had the authority to keep such documents.
The prosecutors also said that Biden would be almost impossible to convict since he cooperated fully. They also noticed that Biden's attorney found a small number of classified documents and turned them over after discovery.
Trump, on the other hand, is facing multiple charges of obstruction because he had about 100 classified documents, lied about having them, and tried to destroy the evidence to prevent prosecution.
Not that it matters. We all know that Trump's Mar-a-Lago employees will take full responsibility for it to let Trump get off, they'll have a sizable "donation" made to their bank accounts, and all will be forgotten. Only a fool would believe that Trump will ever be prosecuted for his crimes.

Did you ever hear Joe Biden had them in cardboard boxes in his open garage where anyone especially his dopehead son could access them? Do you see any difference Did you know Joe Biden stole his documents and never had authorization to possess them? While it is a twisted spin to claim President Trump's documents were stored at a resort, they were stored in locked locations within his private residence AND monitored by the Secret Service, not in open boxes in several locations lacking secure storage and control.
While it a twisted spin to claim demented pedo joe was authorized to receive classified documents, he was never authorized to possess them outside of secure government control.
