As I've shown, Trump was charged for obstruction of justice and trying to destroy the evidence... Biden did neither of those things.

Biden willfully took and disclosed classified documents. Charges were not recommended because he is senile not because he did nothing wrong. I guess prosecutors believe Trump to be of sound mind, that is the difference.

Its also quite a dangerous precedent to set that a president thinks he's entitled to take those documents wherever and when asked to return them, throw a fit and whine like a toddler.

Trump's charges stem from Obstruction of Justice, Willful Retention of National Defense Information, and Corruptly Concealing a Document or Record...
Biden did the exact opposite of that.

Are you saying it's not a crime to willfully take and disclose classified documents, keep them for 15 years., as long as you give them back when asked? Sounds like a dangerous precedent to me.

Where have I said Trump should not stand trial. All I have pointed out is Biden gets the white glove treatment and Trump goes to trial. I have not see anything about Trump destroying evidence like Hillary Clinton did.

The difference, Moose, is that Joe found his own documents, turned them in, and assisted with the investigation. In comparison, Trump tried to destroy the evidence and lied to the FBI.
But like Uno said... you argue that Biden should be charged for helping, while Trump should have been given a free pass for acting criminally. That's as close to Nazi as I think you can get...

I think Metal saw something from 2016 and got confused...
The irony is that Hillary had a few emails on a private server, and Trump and his supporters went on the whole "lock her up!" rampage.
Then when Trump was found with literal boxes full of classified documents that he would bring out to show his cronies and financial supporters... well, that's just fine!
