The nine-member jury in Manhattan federal court awarded $5 million in compensatory and punitive damages. Although the finding of sexual abuse was enough to establish his liability for battery, the jury did not find that Trump raped her.

Most cases of rape is decided by a jury or judge. When a man rapes a woman he doesn't do it in front of others. Do you believer her I'd say yes. This GOD sent man is above everything according to the MEGA bunch. This is holding him responsible for his actions. This is great verdict for any woman. Powerful men ARE NOT above the law. I wish E Jean Carroll the best. Being 80 it wasn't about the money. Trump is all about the money, power, and MEGA BS. you know this is true.

The first trial was a civil case, not a criminal case. Trump decided not to show up for this case to defend himself. The jury found d him guilty.
Trump then defamed E. J. Carroll. This led to another trial which the jury found him guilty. Ms. Carroll was awarded $83.3 million dollars.
Had Trump showed up in the first trial, things may have gone differently. He may have been able to fast talk his way out of this or at least come to a lessor conviction.
Trump will appeal the $83.3 million but has to find someone to take a 10% bond or put up $83.3 million in unincomvered assets (owned free and clear).
Trump is lucky he did not face criminal chaeges.

He forced his tiny mouth on her. From what i gather he didn't use his penis but his fingers. This was trying to show dominance over this woman. Should she be able to sue him, YES. He violated her in the worse matter. Men doesn't have the right to do this and the verdict is fair. The verdict is also about his running the woman down over and over. He lost again, get over it, move on. If you vote for this man you are just like him.
