Sounds really good! I just had a hamburger steak and baked potato, and iced tea. For dessert, I had a piece of chocolate chip and pecan pie baked for us by a friend from church. I don't get real sugar very often!

Well, my evening meal Monday was a nice chuck roast slow cooked with onions, potatoes and carrots. Tonight, with the remains of that, and most anything and everything we can find we are preparing one of my all time favorites. Mulligan stew! That with cornbread and sweet milk will make my meal.
