Country cured ham, mashed potatoes , sweet peas, pan fried apples, biscuits and iced tea. Little dab of butter with a small gob of sourwood honey to finish it off!

Stir-fry of carrots, mushrooms, green peppers and onions, over white rice, topped with marinated steak strips, and Texas toast and iced tea. So good, I will have this again!

I did a wee bit better today, rack of baby back ribs, baked beans, tater salad, steamed brocolli and pepsi.
I gotta pecan pie for dessert too, later on!

I take advantage of leftovers: beef strips (but tonight I sauteed mushrooms, green peppers and onions over rice). I had hot tea and chocolate pie for dessert.

Good thing you at least had a Pepsi to wash that down. Frozen Mexican macaroni sounds gross. Vegetable soup sounds good though.
