If you lie to get the loans, there's the rub. NY was trying to recoup their tax monies, now they've gotten even more!!! LOL!!!!

It wasn't NY it was a Democrat political hack that campaigned on getting Trump if she got elected. All the legal experts even the one's that don't like trump said the lawsuit wasn't valid and the statute was misapplied.

But all the bank executives all testified that they knew values of Trump's properties, made the loans and the loans were repaid and they did not file a complaint nor do they have a complaint with the transaction...so if there's no victim who gets the fines.
Sounds like NY decided to run a shakedown.

I tried a search on this and couldn't find an answer. Is it the state of NY? The court system? The AG since she is the one who filed the complaint? Who or what will this fine go to? Maybe the banks he was supposed to have defrauded even though they did not sue him?
